东芝推出全球第一块320GB 2.5寸硬盘
其实早在6月份，就有消息说2.5寸单碟160GB已经可以量产，那就意味着320GB的2.5寸硬盘可以出货了，可是直到今天才由Toshiba率先推出。世界上第一块2.5寸320GB硬盘：MK3252GSX，容量320GB，单碟容量160GB，5400rpm转速，8MB缓存，将在2007年IFA上正式推出，也就是说在8月底9月初的时候。
虽说只比富士通的300GB多了20GB，但是那个是4200转的，厚度上也多了3mm。
